Tulip Hiroshima needles are a Japanese brand made specifically with sashiko in mind. The thicker needles are better suited to thicker fabrics such as denim.

The needles come in a small cylinder with a cork stopper, each cylinder is labelled with the type of needle. These come securely packaged in a box.
