Thin needles with large eyes, which are easier to thread. There are 4 needles in each pack, needles are dimensioned: 0.84mm x 51.5mm

Tulip Hiroshima needles are a Japanese brand made specifically with sashiko in mind. The thiner needles are fantastic for mending cotton and other lightweight fabrics like linen. 

The needles come in a small cylinder with a cork stopper, each cylinder is labelled with the type of needle. These come securely packaged in a box.
